A good corporate leader would also want a good employee. Recruiting employees of the company for a corporate leader needs a good selection, because of course a company wants employees who have the ability to be employed in the company. And must be quality but the company also provides payment of salary as efficient as possible.
Many things that made the company a leader in selecting employees who will be his recruitment, such as psychological tests or do we know called Psikotest, then the second step tests the initial interview: containing about the willingness of the candidates when it comes to working conditions. Psikotest needed to know or explore the potential of candidates required.
Every company must have its own in recruiting qualified employees, including educational background, educational qualifications, such as what is required of the company?
The existence of briefing material be a good manager. A leader in a company must know that to recruit a skilled manager there are 4 things that must be possessed by a manager to achieve a significant change as a good manager, namely:

A. Stock of knowledge (technical know-how),

B. managing tasks (managing tasks),

C. managing people (managing people), and

D. manage themselves (managing myself).

Preparing a business leader. A company executive must have a load that is going recruited by the company is a manager who is ready to be deployed in a business enterprise, so it is not just a regular employee or staff.

Able to transform the power it has to be able to empower the people around him. A corporate leader should be able to see that a skilled manager is a person who has a sensitivity in terms of job and how his leadership within the lead people involved in the process the business transaction. Therefore, a manager who will be recruited by a company must be able to transform the power they have to empower the people around him.

It is not easy to create business leaders. Any firm or even every business leader must have a different approach for every manager, because everyone has a different character and very unique. There are many ways that can be a company leader in selecting and developing candidates for the company’s managers.

However, according to everyone involved in the recruiting manager for the company must sit down together beforehand and agree that choose or develop a prospective manager must begin by identifying managers through the evaluation of ability, personality, emotional quotient, education, and providing guidance and training directed. Another way that is often taken is to assign responsibility, challenges and targets are a little heavy.
